Payment Processing: Entropy Labs uses third party payment processors, including Stripe, to bill users through the Service. The processing of payments will be subject to the terms and conditions and privacy policies of the payment processors in addition to these Terms. Entropy Labs does not store full credit card or bank account numbers. All payment data is stored and processed by certified PCI-DSS compliant payment processors. Users have no claim against Entropy Labs for any losses resulting from authorised payments processed in accordance with these Terms.


Refund Policy: Customers are eligible for a full refund of their initial subscription payment if they are not satisfied with the Service, have subscribed for a minimum of 30 days, and request a refund via email to hello@entropylabs.co.uk within 30 days of the initial subscription start date. Refunds are processed in accordance with the terms detailed in the Refund Policy section on our website.
